We aim to dispatch within 1 working day of cleared payment. Excluding weekends and bank holidays. Our courier service's aim to deliver within 3 - 5 working days from day of dispatch. Our express delivery aim to deliver within 24-48 hours from day of dispatch. Royal Mail deliver within 2 working days from day of dispatch. You are given a choice of courier service's at the checkout.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item, to return it to us, in an un-used and resellable condition to receive a refund. This excludes any postage costs. If the item is faulty you can send the item back to us and upon inspection, a full refund including all postage costs to yourself will be processed. Normally within 1 working day.
